Dr Rami Chan, Director of CALC, shared noteworthy details and information regarding his team’s QESS project, ranging from the early stage of problem identification, idea generation, proposal preparation, budgeting, brief checklist for application and logistics for establishment. In braving the adversity amid the unexpected situations associated with COVID-19, Rami also shared the lessons learnt including problem solving, reporting, project and time management.
